He began specialty training in 1999 at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. He qualified as an orthopedic surgeon in 2005. He worked as a consultant surgeon at Florence Nightingale Avrupa Hospital, Manisa Military Hospital, Erzurum Buhara Medical Center and Başkent University İstanbul Hospital. Following a successful examination, he became Chief Assistant in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic at Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital.
Through his academic work, he became an associate professor in 2015 and a professor in 2020. He currently serves as a faculty member in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Health Sciences.
